Hike for Mental Health is a weekend retreat about bringing women together to connect, inspire, learn new skills and make new friends. One of our core values is to help fight the stigma of mental health. The donations raised from this weekend outdoor retreat go towards mental health research and trail conservation.

The Hike for Mental Health weekend retreat fundraiser will take place at Carolina Zip-lines Canopy Tour zip-line park near Hanging Rock, NC.

We ask that you raise $100 to help with mental health research, awareness and trail conservation. We have a template to make it easy for you to share on your Facebook page about the fundraiser and raise funds. When you raise $100, we'll mail you a t-shirt as a bonus.

You may cancel up until 4 weeks and receive a full refund of the ticket price. This event is rain or shine. You may purchase trip cancellation insurance for $38. Please contact us directly to purchase cancellation insurance.
